Digital Goods Return & Refund Policy:

We cannot give a return or refund once the files have been downloaded due to the nature of digital items. However, under some cases (e.g., duplicate order, incorrect preset sent, assets not as promised, etc.), we will consider issuing refunds and shall do so at our reasonable discretion.

Physical Goods Return & Refund Policy:

We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product and would like a refund or exchange then please return it to us within 30 days of receipt in an unused condition and in original packaging. We will issue a refund to your original payment method on receipt.

  • Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached.
  • With the exception of faulty goods MurshTee is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All discounted items, are final sale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.


If your item(s) arrive defective/broken/damaged, please contact us immediately, be sure to include your order number, a complete description of the problem, provide pictures or video evidence clearly showing the problem.

Depending on the situation, we will be responsible for exchange the item(s) or issued a refund according to your preference.

For products that arrive defective/broken/damaged, and need to be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement we will cover the return shipping costs.

Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of your delivery date.

We recommend to check the items within 48 hours of receipt and report to our customer service as soon as possible. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of your delivery date. Depending on the situation, we will be responsible for refunds, an exchange or replacements according to your preference.


    1. Please email us at to report details of any damaged or defective items (please include a photo as this will help us understand the issue and respond sooner).
    2. We will reply to confirm how the items are to be returned.
    3. Please prepare the items for return, with their original packaging.
    4. After receiving and inspecting the items, and confirming they were eligible for return, we will order a replacement item, or issue a refund within five business days.


    If your product has not been submitted for fulfilment by us, we accept cancellations within 30 minutes of the order date. We don't accept cancellations past 30 minutes of the order date.


    Upon receipt and verification of the item, we will process your refund for the total amount of the merchandise. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment only.
